Tonight was my first time ever making a Silverside. And actually I ran out of time to prepare it and then went out for the afternoon, so Nat made it, but I put the veges in and drained then served it all up on plates so it kind of feels like it counts.

Was there mustard sauce?! Mom never made that with it growing up, but since moving here I've never seen it served without - OH MY it makes the meal!
Yes, I know the wonders of mustard sauce. We didn't have one though. I've never made one. But Erika now always serves hers with mustard sauce :).
