Nat cooked a delicious dinner for us tonight of super tender cutlets, grilled mushrooms, shallots and tomatoes, brown rice and salad with balsamic vinaigrette.------------
I'm signing off for Christmas. If you're lucky I'll back post with photos of Christmas dinner and any other memorable meals. But otherwise I'll be posting everyday dinners again in January.
