Saucy sausages (like devilled sausages but without the apples pretty much) from an Alison Holst recipe with mashed potatoes, peas and corn. Nothing special.
What do you do with sausages? Tonight while eating dinner I said to Nat "How do you make them taste good?".
Any ideas?

I slice them up with some potatoes, bell peppers, onions and tons of spices (paprika, garlic, pepper, pepper, pepper) and roast them. All the juices sort of meld together.
